I did just have to scold my daughter, though. She keeps pulling her aids out (Evan is wearing a cap.) When do you think they understand the word "no" (nevermind actually listening to it), and how do you get a good "mom" face?

I think the "MOM" face develops naturally over time, esp in the McQueen family. It comes along with the ability to impart guilt trips.
