I wish I had pictures to post but hopefully, Tracy will share some. We had our family gathering yesterday and it was wildly successful. Cody even made it. He has been wandering the past year but found his way back to Michigan a month ago and to our house yesterday. I had all my grandkids around me for the first time ever!
RaeAnn and Jon, with Dylaina and Kaelyn (16 and 14 now!), Paul and his new fiance Denise, Tracy and Scott with Rowan and Evan (naturally), Cody, Ray and I had a laid-back day of visiting and munching and gift exchanges. The big draws in the white elephant exchange was a hot cocoa set and a diaper-wrapped gift that couldn't be opened until the end of the game. The result though, as "picked" by Dylaina was a handful of lottery tickets and cash. She was stoked!
We are so happy with our little family although I had to chastise them all for waiting a full year in between family gatherings. I guess I'll just have to do something about that!
