Monday hauffeuered a neighbor to the Retina Eye Center and it took 2 hours to get checked. He had little bleeding and did not get a shot in his eye and we were thankful for that. He took us to Shrimp Shack for supper and when we got home he sent 1/2 homade lemon pie with us. He is close to blind and a severe diabetic, can't drive anymore and the folks in the Park take turns transportating him.

FYI our Sunday night card playing group were together and the women slaughtered the men. Card game was bid euchre and it challenges all. Of course the men "let us win" but the score indicated otherwise.
