new apartment

Hi all! For those who don't have the FB (facebook), we were on the hunt for a new living space. Our current lease is month to month, but we've been so busy these past few months that we haven't had time to go out and find a place. Until a few weeks ago.

We visit an apartment finder company, and they took us to this great 2 bedroom, 1 bath place a few blocks west of our current place. It's a newer place, FIRST FLOOR, all new appliances, a nice bathroom with a shower that we can actually stand under w/o bending our legs, and an enclosed yard for Flynn to play in. Its much smaller than our current place, so I'm worried about not having enough room for all our stuff...although I hope to downsize mucho!

Not sure on when exactly we're moving in, our lease starts Sept. 1st. So then, or very shortly after. Have a lot to do before then, hopefully we can get it done with minimal stress, even though we have a wedding the last weekend in August.

Can't wait to get out of our 3rd floor, falling apart, next to a stinky hospital apartment. I can't remember what's its like to sleep in our own bed w/o waking to hospital truck noises at least once a night...that will be awesome!!!
